My Auntie Barb (my Mom's sister), Johnathan, and my Mom. What a cute picture!

My Cousin Tom and Johnathan (pouting...tired at the end of the day).

Diamond Lake Family Reunion!

July 10th, 2010
Great Uncle Ray feeding Johnathan a bottle. Auntie Barb in background (this is her cabin on Diamond lake).

My Mom, cousin Josh and cousin Tim (son & father). Me and the baby.

Johnathan's first time in a lake!!!
He's in his new little floatie suit we bought him.

The water was a little too cold for him. He cried when he was mostly in it.

Nice hot day at the beach. A very fun family reunion!

Visiting Chloe, John & Andi Reamer

We saw them Friday, July 9th. Only for about 4 and 1/2 hours. It was so fun to see Chloe Reamer again though. She is sure becoming a beautiful little girl. She is 14 1/2 months here. Walking everywhere and funny with her toys. It's fun having kids about the same age with our best friends.

At Grandma's House

Great-Grandma Bell, Johnathan and Angie.

We went on a walk with Grandma to the river (She lives in Riverview terrace in Spokane) and we saw crawdad's in the river! Nate caught one with a stick!

Johnathan was wearing his Colorado Rockies outfit today (july 9th) for going out to dinner later with his Uncle Jim.

Spokane Trip Begins! (Jan & Keith)

We went to Spokane and the Pacific Northwest from July 6th to July 15th. We started off our trip with Jan (Nate's Mom) and his brother Keith. Here we are on the TOP of Mt. Spokane! Very pretty up there.

Here he is in his new spokane all-terrain stroller. He's in the barn here because his Daddy was getting the camper ready for our trip to Priest Lake.

July 3rd, and July 4th

The morning before our date, we went with Johnathan and got donuts (don't worry, he didn't have any), and went to a park. It was SUCH a nice, casual saturday morning. We don't ever get those because I work every single saturday.
This is July 4th dinner out on our patio. Johnathan's so funny here because he looks like the dinosaur baby on that old show "Dinosaurs". Does anyone remember that show? "Not the Mama!"

3rd Yr Wedding Anniversary

We had a GREAT time on our 3rd Anniversary Date! Johnathan was babysat by my friend Juliane and she actually watched him ALL NIGHT! It was so nice.

Here we are first at the movie theater. We went to "The A-Team" at arapahoe crossing. It was free due to a $25 gift card we got for christmas.

Nate gave me a big surprise for a gift! He gave me a CD ("Naturally 7", who are all acapella, and they opened for our Michael Buble' concert in March). But not only that, he hid a Ruby necklace inside the CD case! I was not expecting that at all! And the ruby is Johnathan's birthstone. I love it and what an amazing husband I have!!!

Here we are before dinner, just outside in the DTC area.

We went to Morton's Steakhouse (which was really fancy!). I'm sniffing my wine here...trying to be a wine snob. : )

This dinner was $100 off due to a hundred dollar gift card we got from Mehdi for a post-wedding gift back in Dec. of 2007! Thank you so much Mehdi for making our fancy date affordable! We had SO much fun! I'm so in love.

End of Swim Class

Johnathan's last day of swim class was July 1st (and that was the first time Nate did the class with him).
In class, he learned how to float supported on his back and his front. He tried to kick supported across the pool. He learned how to dunk under even! It included lots of fun songs and games.

The last day, they even opened up the slide for all the classes and Nate was brave and took Johnathan down the big slide!!! He did okay, but cried a little bit.

Here he is getting his "Parent and Tot" certificate.

Watching Justin

My good friend Juliane and I swapped babysitting our sons overnight for our wedding Anniversary dates. It was SO great! What a deal! So on June 30th, I had Justin (3 1/2 yrs old) stay overnight at our house. He was a very good boy. We played in the back yard throwing balls and frisbees while Johnathan watched. We played inside and he ate dinner well for me. We watched "Animusic" which he LOVES. He slept downstairs in the toddler bed we have. He woke up the next morning when he heard Johnathan crying. In the morning, I went for a jog with the 2 boys in the jogging stroller. : ) They fit great! This could be my 2 boys in 2 and 1/2 years from now. : ) Anyway, I did well with jogging with both of them...other than the hills were a little harder to push the stroller up.
Juliane and Jake had a great date...and so did we on July 3rd (blog coming).

Feeding Mom

Johnathan is SO funny! He just started trying to feed ME all the time! I put a handful of cheerios on his tray for example, and he eats a couple, but then he picks one up and reaches it out to me and goes, "uh?". It is sooo cute! I eat it and then he picks up another one and "uh?". He would feed me over and over again if I let him. Recently it's been like, "No, you need to eat it. It's you're food." He's a sweet boy. He even offers his sippee cup to us. : )
So we just now started giving him some juice. I guess I wanted to delay it till he was older. And since it is so close to his birthday and we were getting lower down on the last tub of formula powder (don't want to buy another one), yesterday we started giving him cow's milk. We've been doing 1/3rd cows milk, 2/3rds formula. And we'll gradually increase. He seems to like it!

Loungin' on the Hammock

Awww...summer is nice.

Best Pictures from Christopher's Bday!

June 22nd, 2010.

So nice of Johnathan to test out the toy for his buddy. : ) hee hee.

Swim Class at Utah Pool!

We loved doing this for 5 weeks! We sang songs and practiced floating and kicking and even went under a couple of times! He was 10 and 11 months old during his first swim class.

last pictures of Jan's trip here.

This was on June 8th, we went on a hike at Mt. Falcon Park in colorado. It was a great hike and we found this very cool ruins of a mansion that was sadly burnt down a long time ago from lightening strike.

New Swing we hung in our backyard!

He Loves it!
