This is where we stayed for our Anniversary on the 4th of July! We spent a night up in Blackhawk, CO at the Ameristar. It was a very nice hotel. We had a great time and the fireworks in Blackhawk were SPECTACULAR! They claimed they are the largest in the state.
We never gambled once, but walked through all the casinos. We were in the Golden Mardi Gras at the right time in the morning, because for their gamblers, they were handing out free krispy kreme donuts. We were walkin through and they offered us one. Pregnant girl said yes!
